After receipt of a signed contract, a field drafting team will be scheduled to arrive on the property as quickly as possible in order to begin gathering each data point for the property. The information is then electronically transmitted to our offices where the project begins. A series of drawings, verification of data, and multi levels of quality control are completed. Our team of experienced project managers and drawing personnel look for discrepancies in the property information and make any necessary changes. To add even more quality to our end product, we have on staff highly trained drafting, video technicians and utility verification specialists that will ensure all areas are verified with, “a no room for error”, policy.
