Our Process:A common misconception is that initial information gathering adds stress on the already overworked property manager. In reality, this couldn't be further from the truth.
Beyond sending us your most recent site plan and a tenant roster, the property manager has no involvement with finding any of the property information for us.
Our teams, which are strategically placed throughout the US, physically locate every item that appears on the drawings, gathering all pertinent data and verifying each item's location.
After receipt of a signed contract, a field team will be scheduled to arrive on the property as quickly as possible in order to begin gathering each data point for the property. The information is then electronically transmitted to our offices where the project begins. A series of drawings, verification of data, and multi levels of quality control are completed. Our team of experienced project managers and drawing personnel look for discrepancies in the property information and make any necessary changes. To add even more quality to our end product, we have on staff highly trained video technicians and utility verification specialists that will ensure all areas are verified with, “a no room for error”, policy.
When The Owner's Manual arrives at the door, the property manager is fully equipped to know every aspect of his property with no stone left unturned!
At the same time, the property manager is contacted by our training department and offered hands-on training on the online system, the Remote Property Manager.
