Owner's Manual:

ID Plans flagship product since day one has been the printed set of site plan drawings, which we refer to as The Owner’s Manual.

The Owner's Manual is a complete and detailed view of the property, showing all the data points (such as light poles, meters, spaces, etc.), and where they are located, and cross-referencing them to tenant space or related equipment. The data in the manual is divided into twenty sections and presented in a three ring binder, tabbed for each section, as well as a pdf.

Each section consists of one or more pages, showing data points of that category so that specific aspects of the property can be identified in a simple to read and easy to find manner.
