With Remote Property Manager you can access the same detailed information of the Owner's Maual remotely from your home or on the road. This application makes it easy to quickly share information with others. The sharing is made possible with viewing, email, fax, and print functionality. This is a secure space on our site accessed only by our clients by use of their own username and password.

Manage better with the Work Order System

The latest version of the Remote Property Manager now comes complete with a built-in work order system ... a system that allows property managers to generate work instructions and materials needed for their specific vendors. This is all completed right from the ID Plans website with no paper and pen – a few clicks and some data entry and the work order can be on it’s way to the vendor with a click of a mouse – choose to print, fax or email right from your own PC – it is really that easy!

One nice feature of the Work Order System is that with each work order generated, the corresponding site plan is automatically attached and also sent to the vendor – the affected area/item is marked with a bold red circle so there is no confusion as to where their service is needed.

Furthermore, the Work Order System maintains a maintenance history of each work order generated so that the property manager can spot troublesome areas that occur more frequently. What a great way to help plan for your next maintenance budget.... having a detailed maintenance history right there at your fingertips!

Complimentary Training Available

ID Plans Corp. offers on site, telephone and/or internet/web based training to fit your needs and busy schedule. This training is free! The service itself is also free for the first year. After the first year, should you desire to continue the online service, there is a fee of $250.00 per property, per year. This also covers any and all changes you wish to make to your "Owner's Manuals", pdf, and the website itself. These changes might include tenant name changes, signage, HVAC updates -- just to name a few. As long as an onsite visit is not required, these change requests are inclusive with the annual service. Please also note that we offer complete updates of your sites which are sometimes necessary every 3-5 years. Please contact our sales team for more information about this service!
