With more than 1,000 properties in their portfolio, Necessity Realty REIT (NYSE: RTL) manages everything from single tenant net lease assets, open-air, anchored, and grocery centers located in 48 states. It is a highly heterogenous mix of gas stations, outparcels, high end shopping, and community centers. Their tenants include national big box retailers such as Hobby Lobby and PetSmart.
Maintaining an inspection program for such a diverse group of properties keeps the Property Management team on their toes every week. As a long-time client of ID Plans, the executives at RTL felt comfortable enough with their relationship to ask for help solving a very specific problem. They needed inspection software that was integrated into their existing property data. RTL wanted to make better business decisions by having all their site plans and maintenance records consolidated under one platform.
